Attitude of Gratitude

Is Your Glass Half Full or Half Empty?

How do you see things in your life? Do you see the good, a half full glass, or the bad, a half empty glass?

If you answered "half empty", listen up. Here's the key you need to change what you experience in your life. The right perception or state of mind is necessary to fully enjoy  life.

An attitude of gratitude can be encouraged and learned by changing the way you see things.

There's three things you need to do to develop the right attitude.

One: STOP AND SMELL THE ROSES. You can't be thankful for something you don't  notice. Blooming Rose

Two: MAKE THIS AWARENESS A HABIT. Consciously choose to see only the good and beautiful things every day until it becomes automatic.

Three: KEEP AN APPRECIATION JOURNAL.  Write down every positive thing that happens to you. Do this until you begin to automatically see them every day.

These simple exercises train your mind over time to see your glass half full instead of half empty. Appreciating what you already have opens up your ability to attract more of what you want and can be grateful for.  It also just makes you feel better. You can't be negative or feel sad when you feel grateful.

There is tremendous wisdom in practicing gratitude. It's the Law of Attraction at work, bringing more of what you focus on. So be present in the moment and focus your attention on only the best of the best. You'll get more of the same.
