Blair M. Enfield is originally from Memphis, Tennessee. He relocated to Atlanta, Georgia upon receiving his Industrial Engineering Degree (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 1998. His career began working side by side with former IBM executives to build a start-up company in the Healthcare Technology Industry.
In 2003, he transitioned to the financial services industry and affiliated with Capstone Financial Partners. Capstone is a 120+ year old firm in Atlanta and is a Top 10 financial services firm affiliated with MassMutual (a Fortune 100 company). Blair was consistently in the top 5% of all financial advisors inside the MassMutual career agency system. Blair founded the Attorney/Law Firm division and spearheaded the firm's expansion into the Professional Athlete & Entertainment (Sports & Entertainment) industries.
In 2010, he co-founded MADE Holdings, LLC, MADE Global Brands, LLC and EYELEVEL INTERACTIVE, LLC where he is leveraging his extensive rolodex to assist entrepreneurs and inventors monetize their technology, product, or intellectual property by expanding distribution or developing strategic partnerships.In 2014, he started with Primerica, Inc part time and in 2016 became a Regional Vice President.Blair is a proud Dad to two children - Garrison (10) and Kennedy (8).
Lara R. Stegman
Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Lara has been working and living in Atlanta, GA since 1996. Lara's professional background includes finance, fundraising, business development, marketing, training, operations and leadership primarily in ground floor startup organizations. She has a passion for personal and professional growth and holds advanced certificates in Concept-Therapy, hypnosis and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
In addition to her full time positions, Lara spent 4 years on the board of the Atlanta Chapter of JCI (“Jaycees”) in the mid-2000’s including 1 year as local president which helped re-establish the chapter as a premier young professional’s leadership and community involvement organization and resulted in membership growth by over 200 members. More recently she co-founded and leads a women’s book club for the last 6 years, attends ongoing personal and professional development courses and participates in numerous professional development and networking organizations.
A believer in teamwork and the concept that business culture development and high morale is critical for forwarding an organizations goals and for attracting and retaining talent, Lara makes an extra effort infuse her business with fun, camaraderie building activities and a sense of humor. Lara is an especially skilled connector and is known by friends and colleagues to go out of her way to coach and connect others to support the achievement of both personal and professional objectives.
